Providing continuity of services in line with government advice through a combination of remote working and key skeleton team, it’s business as usual from our main Coleshill depot. Office hours are amended to 09:00 to 0 17:30 Mon to Fri where enquiries will be dealt with by telephone. These changes together with social distancing and high standards of cleaning and hygiene ensure the safety of our employees and clients.
As you would expect, all CCC delivery employees will be wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to social distancing rules. To ensure the safety of our customers and the general public, we now provide vehicle hygiene packs to enable continuous vehicle cleaning together with directions for good hygiene practices whilst using our vehicle.

Our team are experienced in both working with taxi drivers and bases as well as insurers, handling insurance claims and dealing with brokers and underwriters.
ABI 1st Tier Provider
CCC usually recover the costs of hire from the at-fault driver’s insurer once the claim is settled. CCC is a Tier 1 credit hire provider.
Large Fleet of Vehicles
CCC have a large fleet, including black cabs, saloons, estates, MPVs, mini-buses, prestige vehicles and disabled-access vehicles.
